To ensure a fair process for both the customer and the store, all customers are strictly required to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the sealed condition of the flyer/box before opening.

  • The recording must be uncut and unedited.

  • In the event of a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, this video will serve as the only valid proof for a claim.

  • No claims will be entertained without an unboxing video.


1. 7-Day Exchange Window

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. If the item is defective or does not match the description, we will replace it at no extra cost.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage (not reported at the time of unboxing) will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Categories

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (Food/Snacks).

  • Personal care items (Cosmetics/Fragrances).

  • Baby products.

  • Clearance or “Sale” items.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once the returned item is inspected, refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.

  • Timeline: Processing takes 5–7 working days after we receive the return.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
